YITAC®710 serves as a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber, diene-based synthetic rubber, and butyl rubber, particularly exhibiting unique functionality as a vulcanizing agent for chlorobutyl rubber. The vulcanized rubber produced using this product outperforms that produced using sulfonamide and sulfur systems. This product possesses multiple functions, including acting as a stabilizer, dispersant, and plasticizer, while also enhancing the adhesion properties of vulcanized rubber. When used in tires, this product can increase the vulcanization temperature to 185-190°C and improve vulcanization efficiency by 30-40%. With a sulfur content of 28%, it can completely replace sulfur, dithiomethylamine (DTDM), and dithiohexanamide (DTDC) in semi-effective and effective vulcanization formulations.
