Applications
YIPACK® UV-430 possesses excellent heat resistance and UV absorption capabilities. It can absorb most of the UVB wavelength of ultraviolet light, thereby effectively inhibiting the photodegradation of polymer materials and enhancing the color stability of the products. YIPACK® UV-430 can be widely applied to polyurethane shoe sole raw materials, polyurethane resins, leather, traditional soft/hard foams, elastomers, adhesives, and fabric coatings, reducing yellowing and property deterioration caused by ultraviolet radiation. When used in combination with anti-yellowing agents PU-130 or PU-140, it can simultaneously achieve the effects of resisting phenolic yellowing and gas odor. This helps to improve the overall yellowing resistance of polyurethane materials. YIPACK® UV-430 can also be used in polyurethane coatings, effectively inhibiting yellowing, cracking, and fading during processing and use, and enhancing the product's weather resistance.The recommended addition amount is 0.5 - 3.
