YIPHOS^® 2109 is a special kind of alkyl phosphite polymer, it is an effective stabilizer of heat, color and viscosity. It can be used in polymers including polyester fiber and polyurethane. The active hydroxyl groups of YIPHOS^® 2109 are prone to react with isocyanates and epoxy groups, allowing them to be grafted into polymers, thereby improving their heat resistance and long-term stability; When it’s used in the production of flame composite polyether polyurethane soft foam, it can inhibit flame and improve the foam layer of hot melt and curing performance, improve the fabric and bonding strength of polyurethane foam sheets, shorten curing time, improve production efficiency. Recommended dosage is 0.1~2.0%.
